Most identity documents support the parsing and returning of surname and givenNames as separate fields. However, a small number of national documents do not support this and in this case, we will pass surnameAndGivenNames as a new additional single field.

Please note that this field will always be returned even if the separate fields are presented.

Once you have completed the integration please email us at so that your Customer Account can be setup to support these additional documents.
